The Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty guarantees that your Kona Band is free from manufacturing defects for the life of the ring. This warranty reflects our confidence in the quality and meticulous hand-finishing of every ring we create.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects resulting from the manufacturing process, including but not limited to:

• Materials: Structural failure of the core metal (e.g., Tungsten or Ceramic) that is not caused by physical impact.
• Inlay Integrity: Issues with the inlay material itself (e.g., cracking, peeling, or fading) that are not due to improper care or chemical exposure.
• Sealing: Any separation or failure of the protective resin seal covering the inlay that occurs under normal wear.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover issues caused by external forces, improper care, or normal wear and tear:

• Normal Wear: Minor scratches or aesthetic wear on the metal core or surface finish.
• Improper Care: Damage caused by chemicals (e.g., bleach, acetone) or prolonged exposure to water (see our Care Guide).
• Physical Damage: Chips, breaks, or impact damage caused by dropping the ring or striking it against a hard surface.
• Lost or Stolen Rings: These issues are covered by the separate Lifetime Loss/Theft Warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Support: Email us at Hello@KonaBands.com with your name, serial number, and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Visual Inspection: Please include clear, close-up photos of the ring damage. We will assess the issue to determine if it is a manufacturing defect.
3. Repair or Replacement: If the damage is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair the original ring or replace it with a brand new ring at no cost to you (shipping included).
